Dashboard updates
The WordPress dashboard for Red sites is updated to streamline some of the features. Unused functions, such as the generic "posts" are now hidden to avoid using that post-type rather than the News, Event, Profile or Billboard posts. Other updates:
- Appearance is now changed to Menus. Additional functions that showed under Appearance, but which were not available for use on Red no longer show.
- Comments is now hidden since they are not available in our existing post types
- In the "At a Glance" box in the body of the Dashboard home, you will now see a section on Storage Space which indicates the amount of space allowed for your site media files and the percent used. If you have needs regarding storage space, please contact us to discuss.
