New Feature: Scrolling Sub pages in Main Menu

With the latest update to RED (7/30/19), a new design feature has been implemented. The subpages that appear in the dropdown of the main menu (when a visitor hovers over the top level pages) can now be scrolled by visitors.
If the drop down subpages exceed 80% of the browser viewport height, a scrollbar will automatically appear so visitors can see menu items towards the bottom of the list.
Just FYI, this design update only applies to the wide desktop view, as the mobile hamburger menu does not have this issue.
