Latest Bug Fixes 1/15/19
Latest bug squashes in RED Heading link
With the latest update to RED (1/15/19), the RED Team has squashed the following bugs:
- Event posts are now showing the second month on the front end (if an event duration exceeds the end of a month and the start of another, i.e. Jan 27 – Feb 2).
- The Directory page is now properly showing (to visitors) all taxonomy filters associated with the profile posts selected to be displayed on the page.
- Users can now hide the title on Highlight Link list components (Homepage only).
- Users can no longer link to site media gallery within the Highlight Call to Action component, they can only link to internal pages or external sites. Box is a suitable work around, allowing for images to be uploaded on their servers and then the box url can be linked to via the Highlight Call to Action component.
- The background color no longer overflows if numerous tabs are used within the Advanced Tab Group component (homepage only).
- Thumbnail images are no longer required to display an image on the Event listing page or the Highlight News Component (Tile or Featured style). By default the image displayed will be the main News Post image, unless a custom thumbnail image is uploaded to the post.
- The Calendar Embed component no longer disrupts the front end design, nor does it duplicate the title.
- The Mega Menu no longer displays a PHP warning.
- The year drop down on the Event’s listing page now shows the full range of years to include all event posts added to the site.
- The lag has been squashed and users are able to create profile posts again, as well as preview the changes. Also, the url’s are properly being generated again for each profile post.
- The hovering link at the bottom of the Splash Page, sending visitors over to the homepage, is working again.
