Latest Update to RED 7/16/19

With the latest update to RED, 7/16/19, the developers have implemented the following fixes and enhancements:
- The Multi-Column component is now available on Landing Page templates
- The Notification post can now be found alongside all other Post Types in the dashboard. Also, users can preview Notification posts before setting them live.
