Updated Dashboard Location for Custom Posts and Static Admin Sidebar

A consolidated location of custom posts within the RED user dashboard.
The RED Team is pleased to announce the following two updates to RED:
- In an effort to streamline the dashboard menu, we have consolidated all custom post types (news, events, etc.) under a general “Post Types” sub-menu. This will free up much needed visual space, preventing clutter within the dashboard, and allow users to access all of the different post types within one area (see screenshot above).
- The Admin Sidebar is no longer dynamic and will not float as a user scrolls downwards on the back-end of post/page edits. This was causing some users difficulty when it came to selecting taxonomies for posts, especially when several taxonomies were present, forcing them to scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen in order to select a taxonomy.
