Update to RED 8/27/19
8/27/19 Theme Updates Heading link
With the latest update to RED, on 8/27/19, the following issues/enhancements have been implemented:
- Titles within the Link List component can now be set as links (optional).
- The bug regarding link icons overlapping text in the Link List component has been squashed and should properly appear on the frontend.
